Polymetal says can pay $0.2/share in January–June dividends

MOSCOW, Aug 27 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian gold producer Polymetal International has recommended paying U.S. $0.2 per share in dividends for January–June, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The dividends would account for 50% of the net profit for the period.

Polymetal paid $0.17 per share in dividends for January–June 2018 and $0.31 per share in dividends for 2018.

ICT Group of tycoon Alexander Nesis owns about 27% in Polymetal, while PPF Group NV of Petr Kellner owns 13%, and tycoon Alexander Mamut and his family owns 10%. More than 50% in Polymetal is free-float.
